Learn about photography from local photographers with cameras provided by the Arab American National Museum! Using photography and AANM’s digital community history lab, middle school and high school students will tell stories about their lives, community and culture. SURA will incorporate cell phone photography into the curriculum (please note cell phones are not mandatory). Their work will be celebrated in the annual SURA Student Photography Exhibition in Fall 2020.
This year's theme is all about telling your story through experiences and action.
Registration deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, September 27th. Class size limited to 20 students.
